Meet Doctor C (Caradine)

With a background as a professional football player, collegiate track and football athlete, I’ve spent years pushing the limits of human performance. I have learned firsthand the importance of injury prevention, recovery, and functional movement. That journey led me to a new passion: helping others move and feel their best. Now a functional rehab chiropractor, I bring an athlete’s mindset and experience to patient care—combining evidence-based chiropractic techniques with personalized rehabilitation strategies.

FAQ and Chiropractic Insight for Patients

Will I have to come forever?

Short answer: No.

Care at ProAlign Sports Chiropractic is not addictive, and you are never locked into long-term treatment. You can choose to stop care at any time.

That said, many patients choose to continue care after completing their corrective phase to maintain results, optimize performance, and prevent regression.

Think of it like exercise.
If you train consistently, you’ll see great changes. If you stop completely, those improvements gradually fade. The same principle applies to your body and nervous system.

Having played sports for most of my life, I can confidently say that consistency always beats inconsistency, especially for active individuals and athletes. Once correction is achieved, maintenance care is typically once or twice per month, depending on activity level and lifestyle demands.

Our goal is long-term improvement—not endless visits.

What chiropractic services do you offer for patients?

Here at ProAlign, we believe that everyone is an athlete. So we specialize in an injury rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and preventative care to meet the unique needs of the athletes.

How can chiropractic care combined with functional rehab techniques benefit athletes?

Combining chiropractic care with functional rehabilitation helps athletes move more efficiently, prevent injuries, and recover faster. Chiropractic restores joint alignment and mobility, while functional rehab strengthens movement patterns—together optimizing performance and supporting long-term athletic health.

Do you offer treatment plans tailored for individual sports or activities of daily living?

Yes, we create customized treatment plans considering the specific demands and injuries associated with each sport or activity that you want to achieve.

How much treatment will I need?

Care is case-specific and depends on several factors but most patients are healed anywhere between 7-11 visits, but some could be shorter or longer.  Stressors that affect the timeline are:

Severity of the problem

How long it’s been present

Past injuries or trauma

Stress levels and lifestyle

How consistently care is followed

Most corrective care plans are designed with a clear beginning, structured progression, and re-evaluation, rather than open-ended treatment.

Do you take FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account)?

Yes, we accept FSA and HSA. We also can create a superbill to possibly get a reimbursement.

Do You Accept Insurance?

ProAlign Sports Chiropractic is a cash-based practice.

For our patients we are happy to provide an itemized statement of services (superbill) for those who wish to submit to their insurance provider independently to get reimbursed.

Any reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance plan.

Why Doesn't Insurance cover this type of care?

Insurance has changed dramatically over the past decade.

Most plans are designed for:

Emergency care

Short-term symptom relief

They are not structured for corrective or preventative care.

Even when chiropractic is covered, insurance plans often:

Limit the number of visits

Require deductibles and co-pays

Focus on temporary symptom reduction—not long-term correction

Our goal at ProAlign Sports Chiropractic is lasting correction of core problems, which often does not align with insurance-based models.

How Do I Know If ProAlign Sports Chiropractic Can Help Me?

The honest answer is—you don’t yet.

That’s why we don’t guess or treat everyone the same.

We start with a thorough evaluation to determine whether your symptoms are coming from a core structural or neurological issue. If we identify a problem that we can correct, we’ll explain:

What’s going on

What it would take to correct it

What your options are moving forward

If your case would be better served elsewhere, we’ll tell you that too.

You will always know your options before moving forward.

What Conditions or Symptoms Do You Help With?

At ProAlign Sports Chiropractic, we address a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological-based issues by correcting underlying structural and nervous system dysfunction.

Patients in our office have experienced improvement in concerns such as:

Sports injuries

Neck pain

Back pain

Joint issues

Knee Issues/pain

Shoulder pain

Foot Pain

Headaches & migraines

Sciatica

Plantar Fascitis

Pelvic dysfunction

Spinal imbalances/Muscle Imbalances

Fatigue

Sleep disturbances

Various neurological stress patterns

And a ton more!

Rather than chasing symptoms, our focus is on correcting the root cause, allowing the body to function, heal, and perform at a higher level.

What Happens If I Stop Care

If care is stopped abruptly, improvements may gradually regress—especially if the original stressors are still present.

Ongoing care is always your choice, and many patients transition into a maintenance or performance-based schedule once correction is achieved.
